PRE-SALE QUESTIONS

Currently we can only give you access to our wholesale pricelist when you have an account with us. However, you can always call customer service and ask about your prospective cost. Please refer to the Wholesale Information page for contact details.
Setting up an account with us is easy! You only have to operate an apparel related business. In most regions you also need a tax number. If you are still in the founding or planning phase, just give us a call. As regulations are different from region to region, please call us anytime.
To submit an order, you need to have a wholesale account with COOPER 9. Orders can be submitted by phone, fax, or even online account with our permission. For detailed information, registration, and please talk with our customer support representitave.

Most of our fabrics are made from 100% ring spun combed cotton. We also offer synthetic cotton blends as well as a full line of organic cotton fabrics. To learn more about the material, weights, and specific features of the fabrics available.
Our garments are designed to flatter almost any body type. Our styles are cut for a more youthful shape."M" is our Medium. This size fits men sizes 38 through 40. Our "L" (Large) fits men sizes 42-46. See our size charts for detailed information.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Most wholesale orders are shipped within 5 business days from our facility. Actual shipping charges apply for all wholesale orders - shipping charges are based on the weight of the entire order, how far it has to be shipped based on zip code, and carrier used, thus the cost will vary. For orders of 15 cases or more shipping fees will be waived within the continental United States.
There is no minimum for wholesale orders, however, you must order each product by the case in order to get the discount.
Returns and exchanges may be made within 30 days from postmark ship date. Items must be unworn with tags still attached. If an item is marked FINAL SALE it will not be eligible for return or exchange. There is a $7 non- refundable return charge for using our UPS label for either return or exchange. Should you choose to use your own carrier Tulle is not liable for lost packages. We recommend shipping with a tracking number. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required to return your order. RMA # must be visible on the outside of your package. If the RMA is not attached or if the items are worn and tags are not attached Tulle will charge a 15% restocking fee.You are able to exchange your items for a different size or color, but not a different style. If you are exchanging your item we will re-ship your item that is being exchanged for at no cost. Should your item happen to sell out before we are able to process the exchange we will automatically refund you in the original form of payment used. You will be refunded according to the form of payment originally used. If you paid partially with a gift card you will be refunded back the same amount on the gift card and original form of payment prior used.
