What is COOPER9.com's return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges may be made within 14 days from postmark ship date. Items must be unworn with tags still attached. If an item is marked FINAL SALE it will not be eligible for return or exchange. There is a $7 non- refundable return charge for using our UPS label for either return or exchange. You may choose to use your own carrier Tulle is not liable for lost packages. We recommend shipping with a tracking number. You are able to exchange your items for a different size or color, but not a different style.
